You will get access to Dorsett House from 10 am to Midnight – Setup to Cleanup, and 90-minute Rehearsal time on a scheduled date.
Use of our 5 Event spaces that include:
    • 2 300 square foot, air-conditioned, converted barn venue with 2 outdoor areas under market lights with bistro tables and chairs
    • 1 200 square foot Grand Pavilion
    • 800 square foot Rose Room
    • Large Outdoor deck with market lights, fire pit, 4 large umbrellas, and Bistro tables & chairs
    • The lawn area in front of a Historic Church Building
We also offer:
    • 4 Fully Equipped Bars – 2 in the venue, 1 on the deck, and a Saloon-style bar at the 1840’s Farmhouse
    • Bridal Suite with Dressing Room, Make-up and Hair stations
    • 3 Additional Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms for the Bridal party to get ready
    • Large, air-conditioned Toilet facilities attached to the venue – fully Handicap Accessible
    • Built-in Sound system and Microphones
    • 120 Ceremony Chairs
    • 10 x Farm Tables, 10 x 72” Round Tables and 120 Cross Back Chairs

The Following is included for an extra charge of $ 2 000:

  • Overnight stay for 10 guests on Friday and Saturday Night
  • Access to the venue on Friday from 2 pm for Vendors
  • Use of the venue on Friday for Rehearsal Dinner
  • Monday access for Breakdown & Vendor Cleanup
